To safeguard the interests of our community and build a resilient decentralized platform, the BHO Foundation is implementing the following strategic updates:

**1. A Full Transition Toward Decentralization (DeFi)**

Ending partnerships and withdrawing liquidity from CEXs
After extensive collaboration with centralized exchanges (CEXs), we have determined that the costs of listing, providing liquidity, and ongoing monthly maintenance outweigh the benefits. Instead, BHO will reallocate these resources to develop real-world products that enhance the utility and long-term value of the BHO Token.

Furthermore, recent policy updates from CEXs — such as requiring token holders to store assets on their platforms to meet listing thresholds — are fundamentally misaligned with Web3’s ethos of decentralization. As such, we are ending all such collaborations and retrieving our previously provided liquidity assets.

**2. Burning 500 Million BHO Tokens**
To increase scarcity and the intrinsic value of the BHO Token, the Foundation will burn 500 million (500,000,000) tokens, comprising:

200 million BHO bought back directly from the market

300 million BHO reclaimed from CEXs following the end of our partnerships

This significant reduction in supply is intended to create long-term value for our dedicated holders.

**3. Launching a New Product: the Meme Shooting Game**
Utility is at the heart of every token. We’re excited to announce that BHO will serve as the main currency in the DeFi universe we’re creating.

Our first product — the “Meme Shooting Game” — is a fun and casual shooter featuring iconic meme characters from the crypto world. Scheduled to launch in July 2025, this game will integrate the BHO Token as the primary currency for all in-game activities: item upgrades, character purchases, rewards, and more. We hope both BHO holders and gamers will enjoy the experience!
