OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT OF MR. DUONG LE AS CEO OF BHO NETWORK

With BHO's recent impressive growth, we believe it's the perfect time to enhance the leadership role at BHO Network to align with the project's next strategic direction.

Therefore, we're thrilled to announce that Mr. Duong Le, Co-founder will be stepping into the role of CEO at BHO Network, also taking on the position of CTO. Simultaneously, Mr. Nhat Phan will transition from his current role as CEO to assume the position of Chairman of the Board. This appointment marks a strategic move, kicking off a journey focused on tech projects, market expansion, and the upcoming business ventures for BHO Network.

Mr. Duong Le boasts an impressive tech track record:

• 2019 - 2021: Head of the Hawking international money transfer project at the Department of Science and Technology in Ho Chi Minh City.
• 2018 - 2021: Senior A.I. Engineer & Project Manager at A.I. Tokyo Lab & AWL.
• 2015 - 2017: Co-founder & CTO at Polariis LLC, a career advisor connection app.
• 2010 - present: Co-founder of GUU.vn - the largest social network for young Vietnamese women.
