In Vietnam, **Information Technology (IT)** is the industry with the **highest recruitment demand** during the 4th wave of the COVID-19 epidemic, with recruitment growth rate in **Hanoi** being **50%** and **Ho Chi Minh City** at **more than 45%**. Lack of human resources in **IT** is a topic of concern during this period.

Talking with **VNEWS Television channel**, **Mr. Duong Le - Co-Founder & CTO of BHO**, shared: 

“This is a new field that has only really attracted the attention of the community in the past 5 years. After building the curriculum framework, universities and colleges usually take 4-5 years to complete a generation of students. Up to this point, we have only 1-2 generations of well-trained graduates in this field.”
